No refunds

Once an order is placed, we can't refund it. This applies to every TapPlaque order, whether you buy one plaque or several.

No exchanges

We don't exchange plaques for a different item, design or quantity once an order is placed.

Why we work this way

Every plaque is made for your business, with your own Custom Review Page linked to your Google reviews. Because each one is made to order, we can't resell or reuse it.

Before you order

Please double-check your business name, logo and review link before you pay. These details are used to build your plaque and review page.

Problems with your order

If something isn't right, get in touch and tell us what happened. We will always read your message, but this policy means we can't promise a refund or exchange.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
